Inclusion Criteria

- age>=18 yrs
- Admiited at gynecology ward
- Estimated operation time <=3 hrs
- American society of anesthesiologist physical status 1-2

Exclusion Criteria

- Contraindication to any local anesthetic agents
- Contraindication to opioids
- Contraindication to sulfonamides
- History of gynecologic cancers
- Emergency laparoscopic procedure
- Any conditions of active pulmonary disease
- Any conditions of active cardiac, hepatic or renal disease
