Female more than 18 years old who underdo laparoscopic surgery without malignancy condition
1.Pregnancy
2. History of shoulder of pulmonary surgery
3. History of chronic shoulder pain
4.History of lung empysema or pneumothorax
5. Underlying disaese chronic kidney disease or liver cirrhosis
6. Drug allergy to NSAIDs, paracetamol or morphine
7. Unable to communicate with Thai language or diffulty to comminicate
8. Hemodynamic instability prior to surgery
9. Unable to extubate endotrachial tube after surgery or admit to ICU
