Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •\- age\>\=18 yrs
  • •\- Admiited at gynecology ward
  • •\- Estimated operation time \<\=3 hrs
  • •\- American society of anesthesiologist physical status 1\-2

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- Contraindication to any local anesthetic agents
  • •\- Contraindication to opioids
  • •\- Contraindication to sulfonamides
  • •\- History of gynecologic cancers
  • •\- Emergency laparoscopic procedure
  • •\- Any conditions of active pulmonary disease
  • •\- Any conditions of active cardiac, hepatic or renal disease
