- •Female more than 18 years old who underdo laparoscopic surgery without malignancy condition
排除标准
- •1.Pregnancy
- •2. History of shoulder of pulmonary surgery
- •3. History of chronic shoulder pain
- •4.History of lung empysema or pneumothorax
- •5. Underlying disaese chronic kidney disease or liver cirrhosis
- •6. Drug allergy to NSAIDs, paracetamol or morphine
- •7. Unable to communicate with Thai language or diffulty to comminicate
- •8. Hemodynamic instability prior to surgery
- •9. Unable to extubate endotrachial tube after surgery or admit to ICU
