Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Female more than 18 years old who underdo laparoscopic surgery without malignancy condition

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.Pregnancy
  • 2\. History of shoulder of pulmonary surgery
  • 3\. History of chronic shoulder pain
  • 4\.History of lung empysema or pneumothorax
  • 5\. Underlying disaese chronic kidney disease or liver cirrhosis
  • 6\. Drug allergy to NSAIDs, paracetamol or morphine
  • 7\. Unable to communicate with Thai language or diffulty to comminicate
  • 8\. Hemodynamic instability prior to surgery
  • 9\. Unable to extubate endotrachial tube after surgery or admit to ICU
