Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Female more than 18 years old who underdo laparoscopic surgery without malignancy condition
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Pregnancy
- •2\. History of shoulder of pulmonary surgery
- •3\. History of chronic shoulder pain
- •4\.History of lung empysema or pneumothorax
- •5\. Underlying disaese chronic kidney disease or liver cirrhosis
- •6\. Drug allergy to NSAIDs, paracetamol or morphine
- •7\. Unable to communicate with Thai language or diffulty to comminicate
- •8\. Hemodynamic instability prior to surgery
- •9\. Unable to extubate endotrachial tube after surgery or admit to ICU
