入选标准
- •Patients with Class II Div 1 malocclusion requiring first premolar extraction and bilateral maxillary canine retraction.
- •Patient with good oral hygiene with gingival sulcus depths not exceeding 3mm.
- •No previous history of orthodontic treatment.
排除标准
- •History of recent periodontal therapy.
- •Congenital disorders, syndromes, CLP.
- •Patients on systemic corticosteroids and/or anti-inflammatory drugs.
- •Systemic diseases â?? congenital heart disease, DM, osteoporosis, hyper parathyroid, vit D deficiency.
