•1. Patients with no or minimal crowding, proclined teeth and high tooth material, arch length discrepancy in both maxillary and mandibular arches that were indicated for maxillary first premolar extraction and bilateral maxillary canine distalization.
•2. Age group of 12-25 years.
•3. Clinically healthy patients with no systemic illness.
•4. Patients with no previous history of Orthodontic treatment.
•5. Patients with proper Oral hygiene Control.

•1. Periodontal tissues with generalized probing depth >3 mm
•2. Periodontal bone loss according to their radiographs.
•3. Trauma from Occlusion
•4. History of local and systemic antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs administration in last three months of starting the study.
•5. Smokers
•6. History of systemic illness
