入选标准
- •1.Adult male/female in the age group of 15-25 years.
- •2.Bilateral extraction of maxillary first pre-molars.
- •3.Orthodontic patients with levelling and alignment completed in maxillary arch.
- •4.Patient with periodontally sound dentition
- •5.No systemic disease.
排除标准
- •1.Presence of craniofacial anomalies.
- •2.History of bleeding disorders.
- •3.Presence of any signs and symptoms of gingival and periodontal diseases.
- •4.More than 3 months use of analgesics, phenytoin, cyclosporine, anti-inflammatory drugs, systemic corticosteroids, and calcium channel blockers.
- •5.Active Metabolic Bone Disease.
