入选标准
- •1) Adult men and women over 70 age
- •2) Patients who voluntarily participated through written consent byself.
- •3) Patients diagnosed with cardiovascular and severe valve disease and undergoing cardiac surgical treatment.
排除标准
- •1) When walking is impossible due to physical defects
- •2) If life expectancy is less than 1 year due to disease
- •3) When hemodynamically unstable, such as severe pulmonary arterial hypertension and decrease left ventricular ejection fraction rate before surgery
- •4) Clinically significant patients with ischemic heart disease
