Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Adult men and women over 70 age
- •2\) Patients who voluntarily participated through written consent byself.
- •3\) Patients diagnosed with cardiovascular and severe valve disease and undergoing cardiac surgical treatment.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) When walking is impossible due to physical defects
- •2\) If life expectancy is less than 1 year due to disease
- •3\) When hemodynamically unstable, such as severe pulmonary arterial hypertension and decrease left ventricular ejection fraction rate before surgery
- •4\) Clinically significant patients with ischemic heart disease
