Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult aged 65 years or older
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Patients on long\-term steroid treatment.
- •2\) Patients with cognitive impairments making communication difficult.
- •3\) Patients undergoing dialysis due to chronic kidney disease.
- •4\) Patients with complications (such as ascites) caused by liver cirrhosis.
- •5\) Patients with a life expectancy of less than one year.
