Inclusion Criteria
- •Resistance training practitioners; healthy; male gender; age between 18 and 30 years; osteomioarticular lesions free in lower limbs.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Use of anabolic steroids; use of food supplements with ergogenic potential; inability to perform the knee extension and jump exercise.
