Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients aged 20-80 years outpatient scheduled colonoscopy

Exclusion Criteria

  • •- Age<20 or>80 / cognitive disorder / Inflammatory bowel disease patients
  • •- Bowel surgery
  • •- Comorbidity disorder (ascites, heart failure or ishemic heart disease, renal insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension)
  • •- Drug user (e.g., constipating drugs, laxatives, anti-diarrheas)
  • •- Inflammatory bowel disease
  • •- Pregnancy
  • •- Severe constipation (< 3 bowel movements/week)
