Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients aged 20\-80 years outpatient scheduled colonoscopy
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Age\<20 or\>80 / cognitive disorder / Inflammatory bowel disease patients
- •\- Bowel surgery
- •\- Comorbidity disorder (ascites, heart failure or ishemic heart disease, renal insufficiency, uncontrolled hypertension)
- •\- Drug user (e.g., constipating drugs, laxatives, anti\-diarrheas)
- •\- Inflammatory bowel disease
- •\- Pregnancy
- •\- Severe constipation (\< 3 bowel movements/week)
