Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • \-Patients, age 18\-85 years, in whom colonoscopy was indicated
  • \-The subjects have provided written informed consents prior to admission the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • \- Patients with the following conditions : ileus, intestinal obstruction or perforation, toxic megacolon, documented carcinoma, history of intestinal resection, or any other colonic disease leading to a fragile mucosa
  • \- Patients with NYHA grade III or IV congestive heart failure or history of congestive heart failure, history heart disease with poor LVEF, severe renal insufficiency (end\-stage renal disease), known hypersensitivity to polyethylene glycol and/or any ingredients, known G6PD deficiency or phenylketonuria.
  • \- Patients with uncontrolled or untreated arterial hypertension
  • \- Pregnancy or lactating females
  • \- Patients who palpitation when drinking coffee
  • \- Clinical significant laboratory abnormalities or diseases which, in opinion of the investigator, placed the patient at risk or effect the study results.
