- •Inclusion: infants with contraindication using ibuprophen (oliguria: output less than 1cc/kg/hr. plackets less than 50000. Hyperbilirubinemia with the need to jaundice. Necrotizing enterocolitis perforation of the gastrointestinal tract); infants who were not treated through taking oral ibuprophen twice a day; infants with PDA determined by echocardiography. Exclusion: Congenital heart disease with the need to PDA to keep blood flow constant; life threatening infection; Intraventricular hemorrhage at 3 and 4 grades.
