Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. age 18\-60 years old
- •2\. Low\-intensity isometric contraction during work more than 4 hours/day or 20 hours/week
- •3\. Pain score 3\-7 by NRS
- •4\. Neck pain duration more than 1 month
- •5\. Can communicate via LINE application
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Trauma related neck pain
- •2\. Rheumatologic disease except osteoarthritis
- •3\. Disease that cause weakness in core muscle eg. stroke, multiple sclerosis, myopathy
- •4\. History of spine surgery
- •5\. Spondylolisthesis
- •6\. Physical examination found weakness, impair pin prick sensation, abnormal deep tendon reflex, spurling test positive
- •7\. frozen shoulder or rotator cuff tendinitis
