Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Healthy individuals aging between 15\-18 years.
- •2\. Both genders i.e., male and female boxers.
- •3\. Players who are practicing boxing from at least 2 years.
- •4\. Players practicing at least 3 days/ week.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. History of any recent injury or recent surgery.
- •2\. Player’s practicing other game/ games along with boxing.
- •3\. History of drug abuse/ medications.
- •4\. History of any musculoskeletal disease, neurological disease, cardiopulmonary disease, psychological problems or any other conditions that may affect the participation of Player in the study.
- •5\. Players following any exercise program other than the common training program of boxing.
