1. BMI 18.5-22.9 kg/m2
2. Fasting blood glucose < 100 mg/dL
3. Fasting total cholesterol < 200 mg/dL
4. Fasting triglyceride < 150 mg/dL
5. Fasting LDL cholesterol < 130 mg/dL
6. Blood pressure < 120/80 mg/d
1. Metabolic disease (such as diabetes, hypertention, etc.)
2. Pregnancy and lactation
3. Medical conditions and/or taking medication known to affect glycemia
