- •Patients who are having classical signs of Pilonidal sinus.
- •Patients of Nadivrana will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, and socioeconomic status.
- •Age groups between 15 years to 60 years will be selected.
- •Diabetic patients who are under glycemic control.
- •Only fresh cases will be included.

- •1.Patients with known case of Tuberculosis Malignancy And Spinal disorders like Potts disease Scoliosis Inter Vertebral disc Prolapse
- •2.Patients suffering with Immunocompromised Status
- •3.Patient contraindicated for Kshara karma like Durbala Bala Bhiru Garbhini Jwara
