Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who are having classical signs of Pilonidal sinus.
  • •Patients of Nadivrana will be selected irrespective of gender, religion, occupation, and socioeconomic status.
  • •Age groups between 15 years to 60 years will be selected.
  • •Diabetic patients who are under glycemic control.
  • •Only fresh cases will be included.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Patients with known case of Tuberculosis Malignancy And Spinal disorders like Potts disease Scoliosis Inter Vertebral disc Prolapse
  • •2\.Patients suffering with Immunocompromised Status
  • •3\.Patient contraindicated for Kshara karma like Durbala Bala Bhiru Garbhini Jwara
