Inclusion Criteria
1. Orthopedic diagnosis according to ICD-10
2. sufficient knowledge of the German language
3. own a smartphone
4. physically inactive (less than 30 min sports / week, in the last 3 months)
5. Internet and PC access for online assessments

1. follow-up treatment (AHB)

Name Time Method physical activity, measured by the exercise and sports activity questionnaire (BSA-F, Fuchs et al., 2015). Assessments are performed at admission and discharge of rehabilitation, 6 weeks and 3 (post-treatment), 6 and 12 months after discharge (follow-up).
