1. Conforms to the diagnostic criteria of cervical spondylopathy of cervical type, nerve root type and vertebral artery type
2. With neck pain as the chief complaint,aged 18 to 70 years;
3. VAS > 3;
4. Do not receive acupuncture treatment for neck pain for nearly 6 months;
5. Able to understand the scale, willing to cooperate with the treatment and sign the informed consent form.
1. Other systemic diseases such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, pregnant or nursing women, skin diseases, scar constitution;
2. History of neck trauma ,previous history of neck fractures or surgery;
3. Nerve dysfunction(such as muscle weakness or abnormal spinal cord nerve reflex examination), congenital spine abnormal systemic bone,systemic bone or joint disease.
