Inclusion Criteria

1. The age is 18-60 years old, regardless of gender;
2. Those who meet obesity (28kg/m2 <= BMI < 32kg/m2) and meet the diagnostic criteria of phlegm and dampness in traditional Chinese medicine;
3. Those who have not undergone other related weight loss treatments within 2 months before treatment;
4. Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion Criteria

1. Secondary obesity caused by endocrine diseases or metabolic disorders, such as hypothalamic syndrome, gonadal dysfunction, hypothyroidism, Cushing syndrome, polycystic ovary syndrome, tumors, drugs, etc. Obesity.
2. Those who take medicines related to the disease or receive other treatments;
3. People with severe heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases;
