Inclusion Criteria

(1) Aged between 18-70 years (including 18 years old and 70 years old);
(2) T2DM patients who meet the diagnostic criteria;
(3) Simple oral hypoglycemic drugs;
(4) Blood glucose control is relatively stable for at least 3 months, and HbA1c is less than 9.0%;
(5) Body mass index is between 24-28;
(6) Able to understand the procedures and methods of this clinical study.

Exclusion Criteria

(1) Those who are using DPP-4 inhibitors or have used them in the past month;
(2) Those who are using GLP-1, GLP-1 analogues or who have used them in the past month;
(3) Those who are using Chinese medicine for treatment or have used Chinese medicine (including proprietary Chinese medicine) for treatment in the past month;
(4) Use oral hypoglycemic drugs to treat those who do not meet the standard of blood sugar control and need to use insulin injections;
(5) Combined serious diseases: heart failure, chronic liver and kidney diseases (inflammation, infection, abnormal metabolism);
(6) Pregnant or lactating women.
