1.25-60 years (Men and women)
2.BMI >=23 kg/m2
3.Central obesity
Exclusion Criteria
1.Self reported diabetes
2.History of food allergy
3.use of nutritional supplements
4.Weight loss diets
5.Pregnant/lactating women
6.Liver, kidney, thyroid, or other endocrine diseases
7.Any condition that hinders compliance to the intervention.
8.Possible eating disorder
