1.Healthy patients (ASA score 1 & II) aged between 14-60 years.
2.Teeth with irreversible pulpitis/pulp necrosis with or without apical periodontitis requiring root canal treatment.
3.Single rooted human permanent teeth in maxillary and mandibular arch where the root canals rated as â??calcifiedâ?? when the outline of the root canals was not discernible on the radiograph; with complete obliteration of the pulp chamber and having complete or partial (2mm) of calcification, extending into the root canal.
•Teeth with visible cracks, fractures.
•Teeth with Periapical index score more than 2.
•Severe periodontitis.
•Teeth with immature apex.
