Inclusion Criteria

Patient willingness to participate in the study
Careful willingness to participate in the study
Take care of the family members who have the main role of supporting and caring for the patient
The minimum age of the caregiver is 18 years.
Be careful to read and write
Careful ability to use a smart phone
Not having a history of taking care of another heart failure patient
Lack of caring for patients with chronic and other serious conditions at home
Registration of class 2 and 3 heart failure for the patient in the file by a specialist doctor
Having a medium to high level of care burden (score 31 and above in the Zarit questionnaire)
The patient has not participated in any similar study in the last 6 months.
Caregiver has not participated in any similar study in the last 6 months.
Caregiver should not have diagnosed psychological diseases or take psychoactive drugs.
The caregiver should take care of the patient for at least 6 hours during the day.
At the beginning of the care, she should be in good physical and mental health to provide care and should not have acute or chronic diseases that hinder care.
Be careful not to have any cognitive, sensory or communication problems.

Unwillingness of family caregivers to continue cooperation
