Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Patient willingness to participate in the study
  • Careful willingness to participate in the study
  • Take care of the family members who have the main role of supporting and caring for the patient
  • The minimum age of the caregiver is 18 years.
  • Be careful to read and write
  • Careful ability to use a smart phone
  • Not having a history of taking care of another heart failure patient
  • Lack of caring for patients with chronic and other serious conditions at home
  • Registration of class 2 and 3 heart failure for the patient in the file by a specialist doctor
  • Having a medium to high level of care burden (score 31 and above in the Zarit questionnaire)

Exclusion Criteria

  • Unwillingness of family caregivers to continue cooperation
  • death of patient or caregiver
