Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patient willingness to participate in the study
- •Careful willingness to participate in the study
- •Take care of the family members who have the main role of supporting and caring for the patient
- •The minimum age of the caregiver is 18 years.
- •Be careful to read and write
- •Careful ability to use a smart phone
- •Not having a history of taking care of another heart failure patient
- •Lack of caring for patients with chronic and other serious conditions at home
- •Registration of class 2 and 3 heart failure for the patient in the file by a specialist doctor
- •Having a medium to high level of care burden (score 31 and above in the Zarit questionnaire)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness of family caregivers to continue cooperation
- •death of patient or caregiver
