Inclusion Criteria
The study includes patients in an age group of 25 to 40 who presented to our casualty sustaining open Tibia fractures within 6 hours of injury with Type II and III Compound fractures of Tibia (Gustilo and Anderson)
Exclusion Criteria
That are not included in inclusion criteria
age less than 25 and more than 40 are excluded.
