- •1.All the patients undergoing elective abdominal hysterectomy
- •2.ASA grade 1 & 2.
- •3.Age between 30 and 60 years
排除标准
- •1.Documented allergies to any drugs, especially local anesthetics.
- •2.ASA grade 3 & 4
- •3.Morbid obesity
- •4.Raynaudâ??s disease,
- •5.Hepatorenal insufficiency
- •6.Those receiving adrenoceptor agonists or antagonists or narcotics before the operation
- •7.Age less than 30 years and more than 60 years.
