Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •ASA I/II/III Patients
- •Elective surgical decompression with or without instrumented stabilization for tuberculosis of spine
- •Able to understand numerical rating scale for pain and function of patient controlled analgesia (PCA) pump
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients on chronic antiemetics or chronic pain medication
- •Patients with known local anaesthetic allergy
- •Patients with renal or hepatic insufficiency
- •Pregnant patients
