Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult aged 20\-75 years indicated for unilateral total hip arthroplasty
- •ASA class I or II
Exclusion Criteria
- •oSevere hip deformities or required extensive soft tissue release:
- •\-Hip deformities \> 30oin any planes
- •\-Limb shortening correction \> 3 centimeters
- •oContraindicated to spinal anesthesia or failed to complete spinal anesthesia
- •oRenal function impairment; GFR \<50 mL/min
- •oHigh risk for cardiovascular thrombotic event; eg, history of myocardial infarction, thrombotic stroke
- •oHistory of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal(GI) bleeding
- •oHistory of long\-term (\>1 month) use of daily opioid medication with an oral morphine equivalent (OME) of \>5 mg/day
- •oHistory of short\-term (\<1 month) use of daily opioid medication (average OME of \>30 mg/day)
- •oHistory of allergy of bupivacaine, ketorolac, morphine
