Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • Adult aged 20\-75 years indicated for unilateral total hip arthroplasty
  • ASA class I or II

Exclusion Criteria

  • oSevere hip deformities or required extensive soft tissue release:
  • \-Hip deformities \> 30oin any planes
  • \-Limb shortening correction \> 3 centimeters
  • oContraindicated to spinal anesthesia or failed to complete spinal anesthesia
  • oRenal function impairment; GFR \<50 mL/min
  • oHigh risk for cardiovascular thrombotic event; eg, history of myocardial infarction, thrombotic stroke
  • oHistory of peptic ulcer or gastrointestinal(GI) bleeding
  • oHistory of long\-term (\>1 month) use of daily opioid medication with an oral morphine equivalent (OME) of \>5 mg/day
  • oHistory of short\-term (\<1 month) use of daily opioid medication (average OME of \>30 mg/day)
  • oHistory of allergy of bupivacaine, ketorolac, morphine
