探究团体叠杯游戏对养老机构内老年人认知功能和负性情绪的效果。并通过了解老人参与竞技叠杯运动的体验，以进一步验证干预研究的效果。

Inclusion Criteria
- •1）年龄≥60 岁，居住于广州市荔湾区颐和养老豪庭公寓；2）意识清楚，具备基本的沟通能力，可配合研究；3）知情同意，自愿参加本研究。
Exclusion Criteria
- •1）并存严重的精神疾病；2）并存严重器质性心脏病、恶性心律失常、恶性肿瘤、肝肾功能衰竭等疾病。
