Inclusion Criteria

1.Bilateral missing mandibular molars or premolars.

2.Sufficient available bone in term of quality and quantity for placement of dental implant.

3.Free from systemic diseases affecting gingival tissue and osseointegration.

4.Positive informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria

1.General contraindication to implant surgery

2.H/O smoking, alcohol, drug or tobacco abuse

3.Pregnancy

4. Presence of systemic diseases or hereditary disorders.

5.Implant insertion torque less than 35 Ncm
