Inclusion Criteria
- •All adult patients undergoing elective surgery needing one lung ventilation in JIPMER, Puducherry
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any contraindication to DLT placement
- •Where video laryngoscopy is not possible
- •Patients with neck swelling
- •Patients with severe limitation of neck extension
- •Patients with post burn scars and contractures of neck
- •Patients with post radiotherapy contractures of neck
- •Patients with laryngo\-tracheal malformation
