Adult patients (19 years old or older)
Scheduled elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
Those who agreed to / signed the written consent of the above patients
1) Under 18 years
2) Body mass index> 30 kg / m 2 or <18.5 kg / m 2
3) Those who are in contravention of nerve root block
- Subjects with a history of allergic or hypersensitive reactions to local anesthetics
- Those who have a tendency to bleeding.
- Those using anticoagulants
4) Drug addiction or alcoholism
5) Severe liver, kidney, heart disease
6) Pregnant and lactating women
7) Emergency surgery

Name Time Method The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of preoperative erector spinae plane block on postoperative pain relief after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.

Name Time Method pain scores at 10 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 hour, 6 hours, and 24 hours after the end of the surgery.;total amount of non-analgesic analgesics used up to 24hours after surgery in both groups.;time required for first analgesic treatment between the two groups.
