Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1)Participants who are having the history of bronchial Asthma.
- •2)Patient with mild to moderate asthma (PEFR>=60) and those who are able to follow instructions.
- •3)Participants capable of following yoga-instructions mentally and physically
- •4) Participants who are willing to participate and who can read, write and understand English language
- •5)Participants individuals of both gender, who have co-morbidities
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with chronic obstructive lung disease
- •2.Patients with associated lung disease (diagnosed to be with active tuberculosis)
- •3.Patients with severe asthmatic attack(PEFR<=60)
- •4. Subjects with history of head injury or stroke
- •5.Previous history of practicing yoga for a year
- •6.Subjects who cannot perform the assessment tasks
- •7.Participants with neurological conditions such as Parkinsonâ??s disease, Alzheimerâ??s etc
