Inclusion Criteria
aged 18-60 years old,
BMI <35 kg/m2
American society of Anesthesiologists class I-II
Exclusion Criteria
History of Smoking-( >10 pack years)
COPD
Patient refusal
Asthma
Laryngotracheal disease
Any respiratory tract infection during last 6 weeks
Difficult intubation( >2 attempts of laryngoscopy)
Head and neck surgeries
Laparoscopic surgeries
History of increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure
History of known allergy to any study drugs

Name Time Method To compare the effect of intra cuff inflation with lignocaine,ketamine and dexamethasone with normal saline on cough response during extubation which is the number of times the patient coughs during first 5 minutes of extubation.Timepoint: Coughing during first 5 minutes of extubation after the completion of the surgery.
