Inclusion Criteria

aged 18-60 years old,

BMI <35 kg/m2

American society of Anesthesiologists class I-II

Exclusion Criteria

History of Smoking-( >10 pack years)

COPD

Patient refusal

Asthma

Laryngotracheal disease

Any respiratory tract infection during last 6 weeks

Difficult intubation( >2 attempts of laryngoscopy)

Head and neck surgeries

Laparoscopic surgeries

History of increased intracranial pressure or intraocular pressure

History of known allergy to any study drugs
