- •ASA I & II
- •Elective surgery under general aneasthesia with minimum surgical duration of 90 to 120 minutes and minimum duration of hospital stay for 2days.
排除标准
- •Patient refusal
- •Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs
- •Hemodynamic instability
- •History of poly trauma,head injury,loss of consciousness
- •Known history of COPD,Asthma
- •Present URI
- •History of smoking
- •Anticipated difficult intubation
