ASA I & II
Elective surgery under general aneasthesia with minimum surgical duration of 90 to 120 minutes and minimum duration of hospital stay for 2days.
Patient refusal
Hypersensitivity to local anaesthetic drugs
Hemodynamic instability
History of poly trauma,head injury,loss of consciousness
Known history of COPD,Asthma
Present URI
History of smoking
Anticipated difficult intubation
