Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients undergoing elective thyroidectomy American Society of Anesthesiologist I\-II
- •aged 19\-70 yr
Exclusion Criteria
- •Previsou pharyngeal or laryngeal surgery
- •Previous sore throat, chronic cough
- •Previous double lumen endotracheal intubation
- •Previous or anticipated difficult intubation
