Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Critically ill patients in the intensive care unit with age \>18years on mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who donâ??t require chest X\-ray
  • •Patients with tracheostomy tube
  • •Hemodynamically unstable patients
  • •Patients/ attendants not willing for consent
  • •Whenever microcuff tubes are used
