Inclusion Criteria
- •Critically ill patients in the intensive care unit with age \>18years on mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who donâ??t require chest X\-ray
- •Patients with tracheostomy tube
- •Hemodynamically unstable patients
- •Patients/ attendants not willing for consent
- •Whenever microcuff tubes are used
