Inclusion Criteria
Critically ill patients in the intensive care unit with age >18years on mechanical ventilation with endotracheal intubation
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who donâ??t require chest X-ray
Patients with tracheostomy tube
Hemodynamically unstable patients
Patients/ attendants not willing for consent
Whenever microcuff tubes are used
