入选标准
- •All individuals with 18\-60 years of age undergoing elective surgeries in JIPMER belonging to ASA class of 1 \& 2 planned for general anaesthesia with orotracheal intubation.
排除标准
- •1 Patients undergoing laparoscopic surgeries
- •2 Patients who require elective ventilation post operatively and hence not extubated
- •3 Patients with high risk of aspiration preoperatively like GI obstruction including GOO, Achalasia cardia, etc.
- •4 Pre\-existing laryngeal diseases
- •5 Patients expected to have profound hypotension during the surgery
- •6 Patients for whom rapid sequence intubation is planned
