Inclusion Criteria
Inclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Age: more than 6 months.<br><br> - Type of hypospadias: proximal penile hypospadias (scrotal and penoscrotal variants)<br><br>Exclusion Criteria:<br><br> - Age: less than 6 months.<br><br> - Perineal hypospadias.<br><br> - circumcised patients.<br><br> - Previous hypospadias repair<br><br> - Raised serum creatinine, coagulopathy.
