入选标准
- •1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) I/II. 2. Elective thoracolumbar spinal fusion surgery. 3. Patients giving written informed consent for study.
排除标准
- •1. Known allergy to study drugs.
- •2. Presence of severe uncontrolled renal, liver, cerebrovascular or cardiovascular disease.
- •3. Chronic beta blocker treatment with heart rate or preoperative HR < 50/min.
- •4. Patients with psychiatric illness, low GCS ( <13/15) or those unable to understand pain scores.
- •5. Pregnancy
