- •GCS > 13-15

- •Known allergy to study drugs.
- •Refusal of consent.
- •Anticipated duration of surgery >6 hours.
- •Preoperative HR < 50/min.
- •Past history of craniotomy.
- •Pregnancy and lactation.
- •Patients unable to understand pain scores.
