Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1 ASA I to ASA III
- •2 Both genders
- •3 Patients undergoing elective sitting position intracranial tumour surgery with GCS more than 9\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1 Refusal of patient to participate in the study.
- •3 Pregnant patients
- •4 Patients with baseline heart rate less than 55/minute
- •5 Patients with heart blocks
- •6 Allergic to drugs .
- •7 History of drug abuse.
- •8 Preoperative aphasia.
- •9 Preoperatively foreseen delayed extubation.
