Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Age: 18 \- 70 years\-old
  • •GCS: 8 \- 12 at the time of admission

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Severe head injury (GCS less than 8\)
  • •2\.Any previous neurological insult
  • •3\.Severe brain edema or brain hemorrhage with midline shift
  • •4\.Severe polytrauma
  • •5\.Advanced liver or kidney disease
  • •6\.Uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, or heart disease
  • •7\.History of chronic use of sedatives, narcotics, alcohol, or drug abuse
