Inclusion Criteria
ASA class 1 and 2 patients; aged between 15 to 75 year; hemoglobin level more than 10 mg/dl.
Exclusion Criteria
Previous operation at the same region; History of coagulopath; History of uncontrolled hypertension;Duration of operation more than 5 hours; BMI more than 35.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Intraoperative blood loss volume. Timepoint: Every 15 minutes for up to 24 hours after the completion of the surjery. Method of measurement: The amount of the volume of accumulated in the suction drain and bleed by ml.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The rate of intraoperative intravenous fluids received. Timepoint: Each 30 minute. Method of measurement: View registered reports.
