Ayurveda is the oldest system of medicine in the world ,it is the best way to achieve health and longevity.
In Ayurveda text meaning of Varnya (complexion) has taken as Kanti of skin.
In Kashyap samhita ,Swarnaprashan is unique concept of lehan .Acharya Kashyap explained benifites of administration of Swarnaprashan as enhancing Medha(Intellect), Agni(Digestion),Balvardhanam(Strength),Ayushyam (Longevity), Mangalam ,Purnyam ,Vrishyam (Fertility) ,Varnyam(Complexioin), Grahapaham(Immunity).
Acharya Kashyap describes one of the benifits of Swarnaprashan is Varnya and no research work had done in past to evaluate this attribute of Swarnaprashan .So, keeping this context in mind, I have choosen tpo work on to re-evaluate the varnya (complexion) effrect of Swarnaprashan.

- •Age of Children 4-12 years Healthy Children Children Will be Selected Irrespective of Caste Religion and Socioeconomic Status.
排除标准
- •Children suffering from any severe systemic disease like kidney diseases, heart diseases, skin diseases Children not able to come at regular interval foe follow up Chronic malnutrition Pt. on long term medications corticosteroids, immunosuppressant Diagnosed case of delayed milestone.
