Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patient between age group 20\-60 yrs irrespective of gender.
  • •Patient having muscle power grade \< or 4
  • •Patients of nonprogressive infraction diagnose by MRI or CT scan.
  • •Patients of Pakshavadh of durations not more than 1 year.
  • •Patient willing to participate in the study.
  • •Patients who have not participated in any research project in last 6 months.
  • •Patients having signs and symptoms of Pakshavadh mentioned by ayurveda as following Ruja Achetana Akarmanyata Hasta pada sankocha Hatpaksha

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patients with cerebral hemorrhagia.
  • •Comatose and unconscious patients.
  • •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
