- •Patient between age group 20-60 yrs irrespective of gender.
- •Patient having muscle power grade < or 4
- •Patients of nonprogressive infraction diagnose by MRI or CT scan.
- •Patients of Pakshavadh of durations not more than 1 year.
- •Patient willing to participate in the study.
- •Patients who have not participated in any research project in last 6 months.
- •Patients having signs and symptoms of Pakshavadh mentioned by ayurveda as following Ruja Achetana Akarmanyata Hasta pada sankocha Hatpaksha

- •Patients with cerebral hemorrhagia.
- •Comatose and unconscious patients.
- •Pregnant and lactating mothers.
