Inclusion Criteria

a)Subjects aged between 40 to 60 years.

b)Subjects having vasomotor symptoms in perimenopause and menopause

Exclusion Criteria

a) Subject age less than 40 years and above 60 years

b) Hemoglobin less than 8 gram percentage.

c) Subject known case of or having history of coagulopathy.

d) Subjects with other systemic illness like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Thyroid irregularities, Cardiac diseases

e) Subjects having history of carcinoma/ diagnosed carcinoma

f) Any pre- existing psychological disorder.
