Inclusion Criteria
Patient between age group 20-60 yrs irrespective of gender.
Patient having muscle power grade < or 4
Patients of nonprogressive infraction diagnose by MRI or CT scan.
Patients of Pakshavadh of durations not more than 1 year.
Patient willing to participate in the study.
Patients who have not participated in any research project in last 6 months.
Patients having signs and symptoms of Pakshavadh mentioned by ayurveda as following Ruja Achetana Akarmanyata Hasta pada sankocha Hatpaksha
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with cerebral hemorrhagia.
Comatose and unconscious patients.
Pregnant and lactating mothers.
