Inclusion Criteria

subject with age 18-30 years

subject with regular menstrual cycle

subject suffering from kashtartava for more than 2 consecutive cycle

subject with scanty or average bleeding during menstruation

subject with history of analgesics during previous cycle

Exclusion Criteria

subject suffering from secondary dysmenorrhoea

subject with irregular cycle

subject with abnormal uterine bleeding

subject using IUCD

subject who have undergone major abdominal or pelvic surgery

subject with HIV, HbSAg or VDRL positive

subject suffering from systemic diseases, thyroid dysfunction
