Inclusion Criteria

  • The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) thoracic kyphosis angle greater than 40° measured using a dual digital inclinometer, (2) CVA of less than 50°, and (3) age 20-30 years.

Exclusion Criteria

  • The exclusion criteria were as follows: (1) history of surgery or trauma to the spine, (2) known diagnoses of musculoskeletal and/or nervous system disorders in the upper and lower extremities, (3) inability to walk independently, and (4) history of pain in the spine region within the previous 3-month period.
